From nationally televised events like the Super Bowl to citywide conventions and corporate galas, Jill brings proven leadership, precision, and creativity to high-impact productions. Her ability to manage complex logistics and large teams ensures every event runs seamlessly—no matter the scale.
Jill served on the Super Bowl 50 Bay Area Sub-Host Committee, specifically on the Volunteer Training and Knowledge Transfer team. In this role, she was responsible for recruiting, vetting, organizing, training, and managing over 5,000 volunteers for one of the most high-profile sporting events in the world.
Played a key role in documenting best practices to benefit future Super Bowl host cities. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to manage logistics and maintain high standards throughout the event.
Jill was part of the Super Bowl LI Halftime Field Team, contributing to the live production of the world-renowned halftime show. She assisted with the rapid on-field setup and breakdown of stage equipment, ensuring flawless execution under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
Supported rehearsals and live performance logistics, working behind the scenes to deliver a world-class entertainment experience. Gained valuable expertise in large-scale event operations and live broadcast production.
